An Obsession
Worth Celebrating.

The automobile is perhaps the only human invention that closest resembles the relationship with our fellow man and woman. The moment we induct a car into our lives and begin sharing memories with them, they are no longer a simple transportation appliance; they're suddenly family.

That relationship, a special bond, is worth celebrating and commemorating.

Studio Commission Process

I. Prototyping

Stephen works with each client personally in order to determine size and dimensions, color palette requirements, composition, timeline, and any special requests in order to create a working prototype. This instills confidence in the project before production begins.

II. Production

The commissioned piece is activated based on the specs agreed to between the client and studio. A weekly production update is provided in order to gather progress feedback from the client in case adjustments need to be made.

III. Prep / Delivery

Upon approval of the completed commission, the piece will be prepared for delivery to the client's desired installation site. This includes personal delivery within the local Dallas-Fort Worth vicinity, or crate packaging and shipment to other domestic markets and international destinations.

IV. Installation

Stephen will advise the client on how to have the delivered piece installed using provided hardware suitable for the tentative installation site. Otherwise, the studio can arrange to have your piece professionally installed by experienced art handlers.

Original Paintings
on Stretched Canvas /

Physical paintings on stretched cotton canvases are done in a mixed-media process combining giclée underpainting, oil and acrylic paints, charcoal, pastel, paint sticks, rendering markers, and topcoat varnish appropriate for the piece. Canvases are custom built in Stephen’s studio to create thick, chunky painting substrates that project themselves with purpose.

Custom framing options are also available on request.
